2. Place your order by sending us an email including the following:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Delivery Address
- Item Code
- Colour and Size (if available)

For your convenience, we have prepared an order form at the bottom of the page :)

3. We will respond and confirm you on the availability of the item via email or SMS

4. If items are available, you will be notified of the bank account no. via email / SMS after we receive your confirmation

5. Bank-in your payment or through Online Transfer within 2 days after confirmation of order(s). Otherwise, the items will be open to other customers

6. Order(s) will be delivered within 3-5 working days via Pos Laju

7. If the item failed to be deliver or out of stock from the supplier, we will give refund :)

1. Please take note of the materials & measurements stated. Measurements might differ by 1-2cm whereas colours might differ slightly from the photo

2. Roupa-shopping is for serious buyers only. NO cancellations after confirmed order(s)

3. Prices are final and non-negotiable

4. Items are guaranteed new and in good condition unless stated otherwise

5. Items bought are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable

6. Roupa is not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) delivered through Pos Laju

7. Pricing of items are exclusive (doesn't include) of delivery charges
